Because our business is based on personal service, we have decided not to implement an online domain registration facility. We would prefer to deal with your registrations personally; you never know, we may have some more suitable alternatives for you. What domain name should I register? We always advise that where possible you should register the name of your company in as many suffixes as possible eg. TrottersIndependantTraders.co.uk/.com, this is because anyone interested in your company will either take a wild guess and type your company name + suffix directly into their browser or they will use a search engine to find your company name. But what if your domain name isn't available? Don't shy away from hyphens; although domain names containing 'dashes' are a little more difficult to remember, they often work well with search engines because the phrase has already been separated - Trotters-Independent-Traders.co.uk. As an alternative you could consider an abreviation; this will allow you to shorten the domain but again you may run into availability issues. Our example for instance could be abreviatesd to TIT.co.uk, but I seriously doubt that's going to be available. TITPeckham.co.uk on the other hand may be........... I know the above example is bit of a laugh, but the principle still applies.
